Stopped here without a reservation, no trouble getting a room (we are Hilton rewards members). Room was clean, breakfast was good. Valerie was efficient, kind and helpful. The night time front desk staff were also very pleasant and accommodating. We love Hampton Inn.

We always stay a Hilton Hotels, they are always great for the family. At this particular place, I enjoy the ease of checking in on my phone and picking a room on the app. Also, the digital key on my phone was awesome. The app informed me when my room was ready and i when straight to my room with ease. The room was nice and no issues to note, like I said I went straight to the room didn’t really had to interact with anyone, so I can’t tell you how the service members were. Breakfast was good, they had a little of everything. Overall, great place and no issues to note, also there are a multitude of places to eat around there.

Best front desk staff: Next-level friendly and courteous about special requests, such as early check-in. Excellent breakfast service: The breakfast attendant cares. You can tell by the cleanliness, organization and replenishment of offerings. Not many places have fully recovered post-pandemic with staffing that can satisfy customer needs and demands. This hotel has.

The guy at the desk was one of the friendliest humans ever. Great coffee and cookies. Room is clean and we even ran into some cleaning ladies and they were really friendly also. Very close to many restaurants, we were able to walk to get food.Definitely recommend.

I have stayed here twice now and both experiences were the most inviting, warm, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere I have ever gotten from any hotel. The staff is hard working (and yes they ALL deserve raises) and very welcoming and accommodating. Booking was easy as a last minute necessity when contacting the number of the hotel directly. Everything was kept pristine and comfortable though you may want to request extra pillows on check in if you want extra fluffy pillows. However, they were fluffier my first stay so perhaps it was a fluke or given my state of mind (exhausted). I was traveling as a family with 2 (7- and 8-year-old) boys and the staff was professionally friendly to my children with warm smiles. The breakfast station is the best Hilton hotels has to offer in this price range.

Hotel is clean and nice. Big rooms with big showers. Comfortable beds and an one of the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. Everything is clearly marked and accessible. Easy check in and easy check out. The second day we missed breakfast and they had a to go breakfast for those who missed it. Highly recommend

Perfect location if you are heading to Kings Dominion. This hotel is 1 exit away. The staff at this location was amazing! Everyone I encounter was pleasant and professional. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with many options. From the front desk to the room attendants I was very happy I chose to stay here. I feel all of the employees went above and beyond to ensure the stay was excellent by providing all we needed. They also have a nice snack area with items for purchase. I highly recommend!

I wish I could give the night shift front desk service 6 stars, or 10, or 100! They were so nice when we came in late at nights going to the room. So helpful when I needed to study and help me set up the WiFi. Breakfasts here are phenomenal. I wanted 1 (or 2) or everything they had every morning. Rooms were clean, shower was huge for our room, but a bit smaller for my other family member's rooms.
